Skype or In Person, This session uniquely covers the elements required to learn how to raise your frequency as well as self-hypnotise toward a goal or overcoming a challenge. As an experienced Facilitator of QHHT, and a channel for other healing modalities through our 'Shifting' times, there is much to be gained in experiencing a 'blended session' which will be guided by agreement between 'our' Higher Selves, and in your best interest. It will enable you to return yourself to a state of self hypnosis so that you may continue to strengthen your 'connection' and therefore guidance capacity.
